About the Artist

Kirk Clark

Artist (b. 1946, US)

Artist Statement – I hope my art touches a curious spot in your conscience. For me, it is a very intuitive and gratifying process. May God bless and keep you.

Kirk Clark was born in McAllen, Texas, to Charles and Dorothy Clark. His parents' enthusiastic art collecting, and involvement in the contemporary art scene, greatly influenced their son. Kirk studied sculpture and drawing in the mid-60's and graduated from The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Kirk's unique work, ranging from one of a kind drawings, ornate totemic sculptures, monoprints, and jewelry, have been featured in galleries and universities in Illinois, New Mexico, South Texas, and Mexico. They have captivated collectors throughout Mexico and the United States. See more about Kirk Clark’s art at his Facebook page.
